Genesis Organic Farm was founded by Jeannie and Ted Williams in 2007. It all started with 2 acres of Dapple Fire Pluots and a small U-Pick orchard. Now the farm has 10 acres of active property that house a CSA, raised garden classes, and green houses for the cultivation of crops for school fundraisers. We at Genesis Organic Farms strive to be stewards of the land and we pray that God may continue to bless all who visit here.
Small Farm, Big Deal
We offer a variety of programs on the farm to meet the various needs of the people in the Kings and Tulare County areas. From sourcing freshly harvested, locally grown produce to learning how to grow your own food, Genesis Organic Farm has a variety of experiences designed to cater to the needs of our community in a fun and sustainable way.
Keeping It Green
At Genesis, we aim to be stewards to the land. We want to give back what we take and create the most sustainable system possible for our area. We incorporate many practices borrowed from generations old organic farms and permaculture teachings. Our 2 acre pluot orchard and 4 1/2 acre CSA are currently certified Organic under CCOF Organic Certifiers. To learn more about CCOF and Organic Certification, please visit their website. Our 1/4 acre Pick Your Own field is grown the way nature intended, without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

A Very Special Thank You . . .
Genesis Organic Farm would like to recognize Marvin Rees and his family. Farmer Marv founded Good Seed CSA and managed the Dapple Fire Pluot orchard for five years. His wealth of knowledge and hard work was an integral part of creating the natural wealth and health of the earth that makes up Genesis Organic Farm. Thank you Marv and Family!
